What I really want is to have Apple Music on my device so I am trying to update to at least 4.3, but I really don't know if even updating like this will allow me to have the app.
I found these instructions

They seem pretty clear, but there is a world of difference between saying it and doing it and I am really nervous.
So I want to know your opinion would this process allow me to use Apple Music? Is there an easier option? Or better instructions?
