Samsung S7 Edge drops from LTE to 4G

Hey guys, I'm not sure if this is normal, if it's my provider's fault, or if it's my phone's fault, but from time to time (maybe once or twice a day) my Samsung s7 Edge will pause when I'm sending a message and wait for 10-30 seconds before connecting to 4G (from LTE) and finally sending it. What do you guys think, normal or not normal? I don't remember if this would happen with my old phone so I guess it's hard for me to judge whether this is a problem with my provider.
