where is the brightness bar when swipe down once ?

When you swipe down from the very top of the screen my old phone could adjust the brighness right away. In Note 7 i had to swipe twice to see the brightness bar and adjust it from there. Is there any options i can change so that i can access to the brightness bar with 1 swipe?
