Unable to hang up calls using CW 13 on Huawei G620s-L01

The issue is:
I can not hang up or decline any calls.
If someone calls me it displays but when i click on hang up it doesn't do anything.
If i'm in a call and the conversation stopped and i click on hang up it says hanging up...
