unlock bootloader for grand prime sm-g531h

can anyone help I tried using sdk tool and when I type adb devices it gives me a serial but when I type fastboot devices
it gives nothing
I reinstall usb drivers and did all possible solutions usingone toolkit but nothing is working
and I rooted my device does that mean its bootloader is unlocked ?
