Mock Mock Location Pokemon Go GPS jumping back and forth

I'm using Mock Mock location to play Pogo in combination with pokemon go controls. I'm having an issue where every few minutes the GPS is unstable and it's going back to my default location of where I am for 1 second and jumping back to my fake locaiton. This is resulting in soft bans because the server sees me jumping between two locations... I have my location service set to device only. Solutions?
