Kazam 348 won't call

I have a problem after i reinstalled my kazam i lost imei ok i sorted that imei is back and i have an issue when i put in my EE sim it works fantastically but when i put in my Vodafone Sim it says
Vodafone UK Data connection only it wont call or send texts but it does connect to google etc via 3g/2g any ideas on fixing this
