Dual sim card adapter changed my radio wave?

i was searching ebay for dual sim adapter, and there are a few like these http://ift.tt/2aUMZFm

when i removed the adapter, my regular sim card still says i'm roaming international, anyone expereince this and know how to change it back? it would let me changed the network settings for my data.
