any help LG G3 D855 , my rear camera not working

please help me, my rear camera not working. when i launch the camera app just give the front camera an there is no button to switch to the rear camera. i installed many other camera apps and the same probleme, i did a hard reset it didn't fix it.
So if any body know about this probleme.
Android : 6.0 marshmallow
software: V30d-AME
