Lost in call Audio

I am currently on Res Remix ROM but I'm not sure it is specific ROM related ..... if I'm on a call in my car (on Bluetooth) and I get out of the car and switch to the device Handset audio I can continue the call for 30 seconds or so and then all of a sudden the caller on the other end cannot hear me any longer (I can hear them). I have to turn off Bluetooth and then make the call again to get my audio back.

Any suggestions? Is this ROM related , kernel , or what?
