i cannot boot the phone and i cant use recovery now, help please

i installed a rom for my LG 4x HD and how the installation didnt end after 1 hour then i rebooted it in the middle of process, now i cannot boot the phone or enter to the recovery, i would can do something for fix this withouth the recovery?
