System Running and LEDs On - but Black Screen and No Vibration

Hi there,

first of all please excuse my bad english. Now i hope for help - i searched for days in different forums and threads here, tried many solutions but nothing worked.

The story: my z3 compact fell down and the display cracked hard. I even could only use it with usb mouse.
Before that all was good: i had twrp 3.0.0.2 and Slimm Rom 6.0.1 with locked bootloader installed.

Because of the display i decided to get it repaired. But before that, i did a full wipe in twrp: basically i selected everything in the wipe-options.
So it was clear that the phone couldn't boot properly. I told the company, which would repair it about that and it seemed to be no problem.

But when i got the phone back the other day they told me, that they could change the display but weren't able to boot the system: no charging led, no vibration, nothing.
Still i had to pay the full amount...

So i took it with me and tested fastboot and flash mode. That worked, so i installed flashtool on my pc, chose the right firmware and got it flashed.
That worked like a charm but there was still no vibration and the screen stayed black while the led was working.

After that i charged the phone over night and tried all the different hard- and soft-boot methods (buttons and so on), also flashing of other firmware (KitKat instead of Marshmallow).
Further on i checked all the answers here.
But still i couldn`t get the z3 to vibrate or screen working, while it seemed to me, that the phone was nevertheless booting.

So i installed xperia companion on my pc for further testing, connected the phone and it was recognized as a "xperia z3 compact" without any problems.
Also i heard the connecting sony sound at my z3 compact. I deconnected and connected again, heard the sound a second time.

Now i'm pretty sure, that the system is running perfectly but there has to be a problem with the vibration and the screen.
Do you have any hints or solutions? Because now i don't know what to do...

Thank you in advance!
